Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your watch in its original presentation box with all warranty cards and manuals included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
